• Housing & Homelessness 2025 Progress Report: Council receives a progress update on the current Housing and Homelessness Plan.
• Housing & Homelessness Plan 2026–2036 ⚑: Council directs staff to submit Bruce County’s new 10-year Housing and Homelessness Plan to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for review under the Housing Services Act, 2011.
• Weight-Restricted Bridge Update: Council considers amending By-law 2024-013 to remove the Durham Street Bridge from the weight-restricted bridges list.
