• County Planning Model Rejected (11.2): Council will consider formally telling Grey County that Georgian Bluffs will not join the proposed Hybrid Planning Services Model — a notable pushback on county-level consolidation — and will continue delivering planning locally through its own staff while monitoring future proposals.
• Investment Policy Overhaul (11.2): Council will consider repealing and replacing the Township’s Investment Policy and directing staff to engage CIBC Wood Gundy to manage the investment portfolio.
• Grey Sauble Conservation Authority MOU (13.2): A by-law authorizing a memorandum of understanding with the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority for planning review services is up for final passage.
