What to Watch

• Holding zone removals: Council will consider removing the holding zone from a condo unit (BVLCP 31 Level 1 Unit 22) outright, and — contingent on the Province accepting an archaeological report into the Ontario Public Register — from rural parcels at CON 10 South Part Lots 9 & 10, freeing both properties for development.
• Chickadee Trail land use agreements: Three separate by-laws would authorize land use agreements with Prodan Inc., Dale Ernest Listman, and Terramar Investments Limited — a notable cluster of land-use activity along Chickadee Trail.
• Funston zoning amendment: A zoning by-law amendment (Z 2026-035) for the Funston property is up for final passage.
• Heritage Park restoration: Council will accept a tender from Roubos Farm Services for the Heritage Park Restoration Project and formalize an FCM funding agreement to support it — a notable heritage investment with federal backing.
• Fire Chief appointment: Jeff Richardson will be officially appointed District Fire Chief at Ripley Station by by-law.
• 2025 audited financials: Council votes to approve the Township’s 2025 audited financial statements as presented by the Treasurer.
